• Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging, as it was at the time of purchase.

• Returns are accepted within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• Kindly take a photo of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. A replacement will be arranged.

• A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description on our website.

• We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding product use that are not stated on the product page.

• A 30% deduction (or at least 25 AED) will apply if the customer wishes to return a product that has no defect or issue.
